Connect Fulfillment is a new product packaging and fulfillment center in Northwest Florida, designed to employ adults with intellectual disabilities. We are not only connecting businesses with dependable fulfillment services; we are also connecting adults with intellectual disabilities with meaningful work and a deep sense of community.

Our Inspiration
Adults like Ava deserve the opportunity to work, contribute, earn a paycheck, build confidence, and know they have a place where they belong.
I have spent 25 years running supply chain for companies like Scholastic, Burt's Bees, Pandora Jewelry, and Office Depot. Now I'm putting that experience to work here in Northwest Florida, building something around Ava and adults like her.

We are launching a light product packaging and fulfillment center where 75%+ of our direct labor hours are performed by adults with intellectual disabilities. They aren't just here to stay busy. They are here to be part of a community. Every order we run supports that mission directly. At the same time, we are fostering connections amongst the workers, holding special social events (bingo/trivia/karaoke nights) and holiday celebrations.

Why Connect Fulfillment
We train our team to a specific standard: hand-inspected, checked against specifications, run the same way every time. We hold ourselves to that standard on every order, no matter how large, small, or complicated.
Before Connect Fulfillment, I spent 25 years running supply chains for companies you already know.
Most recently, I was Chief Supply Chain Officer at Scholastic Corporation, where I led a 9-person executive team and 3,000+ employees across global operations and delivered $90M+ in sustained cost reductions over five years — 16 consecutive quarters of improvement, without a break in the streak.
Prior to that, I ran a $135M operation across five countries for Pandora Jewelry, cutting order cycle time from four days to one and raising fill rates from 40% to 94%. I've built distribution networks, stood up fulfillment centers, and modernized ERP and WMS platforms at a scale most 3PLs never touch.
This isn't a workshop with good intentions. It's a fulfillment operation built by someone who's run this scale before, staffed by a team trained to the standard I've held my entire corporate career.
